I'm one of the team of Business Park package. Which consist of Auto mall Office Tower, Show room and Marriott Renaissance Hotel . Auto-mall Office Tower with two basement floors plus ground floor and a total of 38 floors, 13 retail spaces and 146 flexible office spaces. the tower floor plans are designed to ensure optimal space management for greater working efficiency the tower faces the Dubai Auto-drome track and is conveniently connected to the Marriott Renaissance Hotel and adjacent to the 3-storey spacious Auto-mall, the automobile retail showroom. It will be the tallest building in Business Park Motor City that will offer businesses an unobstructed office view of the race track and the whole of Motor City development
